Section 8 Rentals

Things to note or needed to process an application for Section 8 Rental.

• All members need to provide Social Security Cards and Birth Certificates
• If a tenant is receiving SSI or SSDI they need to provide their Social Security Awards letter with the application.
• No application fee is required.
• All applications need to be either given to the site manager or mailed to our office.
